Fete Chicago's Weekend-Long Festival Starts Thursday

Fete: it's not just a market anymore. A semi-offshoot (it's a long story) of the long-popular Dose Market, Fete has been serving up food and fashion to huge crowds since December of last year. Now, they're hosting a festival of food that ranges all over Chicago and includes an event hosted one of Chicagoist's own.
Between April 4 and 7, Fete (founded by glamorous foodies Heather Sperling, Emily Fiffer and Jessica Herman) will be hosting events all over the city. A few are already sold out, but many aren't, and the whole thing promises to be a taste sensation.
Events include things like a conversation and appetizers with chefs John Manion (La Sirena Clandestina) and Matthias Merges (Yusho), a panel discussion about Bridgeport food, art and culture hosted by our very own Chuck Sudo and a celebration of the launch of Middlewest with founders David Tamarkin and and Erica Gannett. There's even a story night at 2nd Story featuring Chef Ina Pinkney, Grubstreet Chicago editor Mike Gebert and more.
None of the events cost all that much and all promise to be unique and memorable. Check out full descriptions of each event and buy tickets online.
