Pencil This In: Greenbush Brewing's Hoppy Hour; Illinois Sparkling Co.'s Coming Out Party At Longman & Eagle

Greenbush Brewing, one of the new rock stars of Midwestern craft beer, will be feted April 9 with a "Hoppy Hour" at the Bluebird from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Head over to Wicker Park and hoist a glass of Dunegrass, Closure, The Brother Ben, and the Anger Black IPA all to be paired with a handful of Chef Dave Ford’s personal a la carte food selections. If beer isn't your thing, head to Longman & Eagle April 10 between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., where Illinois Sparkling Co. celebrates their addition to the Logan Square restaurant's wine list, the first Midwestern wine to achieve that honor. (2657 N. Kedzie)
