Restaurant News: Tim Graham To Open Travelle; Chris Curren Out At Stout Barrelhouse And Galley

- Audarshia "312 Dining Diva" Townsend reports Chris Curren is out at Stout Barrel House and Galley. Curren announced his departure on his Facebook page along with the requisite and cryptic "stay tuned for the next stage of my career in the next few weeks. It's going to be exciting!"
- Former Tru and Paris Club chef Tim Graham is leaving Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises to helm Travelle, a Mediterranean-themed restaurant opening in July inside the Langham Hotel. Chicago magazine was first with the news; Grub Street Chicago spoke with Graham to get more info.
