Today's Weather: How High's The Water?

So we're going to be under a flood watch later tonight and into Thursday when these thunderstorms that are in the forecast roll into the area. As for the rest of the forecast, we're near the high temp right now. (The predicted high is 50; it's 44 right now.) The mercury is expected to climb as the thunderstorms reach us this evening. Perfect wonky weather for the mid-week.
