Good Morning, everyone. Our mood is grayer than the skies above on this Friday morning.
For updates on the events in Boston, please follow Gothamist's ongoing coverage and the Sun-Times live blog.

As communities throughout the greater Chicago area continue to fight rising floodwaters, a precipitous drop in temperatures arrives to make it feel like mid-March around here. Today's forecast from Skilling Central calls for gray skies and a high in the mid-40s, with spells of light rain or a mix of rain and snow.

As for the floodwaters already on the ground, the National Weather Service has extended the flood warning in northeastern Illinois until 7:30 a.m. April 20. Travel on Check the Illinois Department of Transportation's website for an updated list of road closures, and CTA and Metra for any delays that may affect your commute.
