Pencil This In: Tequila Dinner At The Bedford

Like tequila? Then you won't want to miss the Centinela Tequila dinner at The Bedford on Wednesday, May 1 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Courses from chef Mark Steuer and chef de cuisine Mike Galen will be paired a tequila-based cocktail. Brand ambassador Diana Jimenez will be on hand to talk about the Centinela Blanco, Centinela Reposado and Centinela Anejo tequilas, which will be used for the drinks. Here's a sneak peek at the menu:

First Course
Salmon Tartare with Centinela and Citrus Vinaigrette, Caper Berries, Lemon, Fresno, Spring Herbs and Beet Chips
Pairing: Chamomile Punch

Second Course
Braised Lamb Shoulder with Spring Pea Puree and Pickled Spring Vegetables
Pairing: Agave Old Fashioned

Third Course
Tres Leches Cake with Smoked Chile Whip
Pairing: A.D.L.M.
