The forecast from Skilling Central calls for temps across the area more akin to July, along with breezy winds as the day progresses. The high temp is expected to reach the mid-80s, which is the latest that's happened in 13 years. Travel on CTA is back to normal after some early morning mechanical problems on the Green Line while Metra is hunky dory.
All told, it's a great way to close out April.
