Stories about couples take center stage this week with plays about marriage, divorce, infidelity and companionship.

Henvy VIII

Shakespeare’s compelling drama about the notorious English monarch and the first two of his six wives is getting the lush, dramatic treatment it deserves over at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. The show runs through Sunday, June 16.

Orange Flower Water

The North Carolina transplant BareBones Theatre Group is making its Chicago debut with a brutally honest drama about marriage, family and infidelity. The show runs through Sunday, June 9.
