Untitled, in partnership with Angel’s Envy Bourbon is starting a “Monthly Muddle” series where guest bartenders work alongside local bartenders in making cocktails using Angel’s Envy.

The series kicks off tonight when Al Sotack from Franklin Mortgage & Investment Company in Philadelphia (yes, it is a great cocktail bar not an investment firm) joins Untitled bartender Jacqueline Mancias and Sable bartender Freddie Sarkis in mixing up cocktails.

The cocktail lineup tonight will be:

Hell, not Water (Sotack) - Angel’s Envy, Wray & Nephew rum, pineapple syrup, and Hellfire shrub.

The Cure for Fray (Mancias) - Angel’s Envy, Cassis, lemon juice, Fernet Branca Menta, mint, and apple bitters

Asset Elimination (Sarkis) - Angel’s Envy, Smith and Cross rum, sweet and dry vermouth, and Peychaud’s bitters.

The series will be held every second Tuesday of the month. Next month's bartenders are Angel Teta from Raven & Rose in Portland, OR, and Mae Governale of Barrelhouse Flat in Chicago.

Future months will see the following guest bartenders: Jade Brown-Godfrey from Pouring Ribbons in New York; Trina Nishimura from Cedars Social and Establishment in Dallas, TX; Erik Trickett from Roe Restaurant and Fish Market in Long Beach, CA; and Brendan Dorr of B&O American Brasserie in Baltimore, MD.

There is no admission fee to the event and it is first come, first served.

Untitled is located at 111 West Kinzie Street.
