It's Community Pet Day At Mozart Park

By Amy Cavanaugh in Arts & Entertainment on May 18, 2013 3:00PM

Taking care of a dog can be expensive, and no-kill dog rescue One Tail at a Time is offering a Community Pet Day today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to offer free services for pet owners.

Held at Mozart Park in Logan Square, the event is the second Community Pet Day sponsored by the group—they offered services for pit bulls back in October for National Pit Bull Awareness Day.

Today, bring dogs of any breed to the park for free services, including microchips, vouchers for spaying and neutering, and low-cost vet referrals. You can also pick up leashes, water bowls, and other necessary puppy items.

Mozart Park is located at 2036 N. Avers Ave.
