Pencil This In: Rick Bayless At Green City Market

Neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor hail will keep Rick Bayless from his May 29 chef's demonstration at Green City Market, which means people who love to follow the popular chef's every move will likely storm the market on a Wednesday for a bird's-eye view of Bayless in action and to be the first to sample what he'll be preparing. Hopefully they'll also buy some produce and meats from the market.

Bayless's demo begins at 10:30 a.m.
