Today's Weather: Breezy

Welcome to Victory Thursday, everybody. The skies are clear now but the winds are picking up and, if Skilling Central's forecast is correct, we could be in store for more strong thunderstorms as the afternoon rolls around. When those storms arrive, they could bring hail and freezing rain through Saturday evening. A small craft advisory is in effect until 9 p.m. tonight and the National Weather Service has Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana under a hazardous weather outlook—flash flooding could occur in some areas.
