Mud Wrestling

The Mud Queens of Chicago, an "authentic mud wrestling and rock n' roll" experience, hits Reggie's Rock Club (2109 S. State Street) with bands Meat Wave and Caveat Empire opening before Honey Badger and Harlot O'Scara battle for the Mud Queens 2013 title. Admission is $10 in advance or $12 at the door. Tonight's event is streaming online and donations are being accepted to offest the bandwidth costs. Reggie's bus is also picking up people at SmallBar Division at 7:30 p.m. and Revolution Brewery at 7:45 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m.

Music

The weather should be a bit on the cool side for Sharon Van Etten's concert at Millennium Park tonight, part of the city's Downtown Sound concert series. Speck Mountain opens. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m.
