Tickets go on sale today at noon for the seventh annual Festiv-Ale, a beer fest to benefit the Chicago Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Held on Friday, Sept. 20 at Carmichael’s Steakhouse, Festiv-Ale 2013 will feature beers from 25 breweries, including Half Acre, Sixpoint, Revolution, Stone, Solemn Oath, Haymarket, Lagunitas, 18th Street, and Spiteful. Food will be available to guests from Carmichaels’, Fountainhead, SmallBar, Three Aces, and more. VIP guests can arrive an hour ahead of General Admission guests at 6 p.m, giving them an hour to sample all available food and beer, as well access to a full pig from Frontier.

VIP tickets are $100, are limited to 200 guests, and are expected to sell out quickly. General admission is only $65, which gives access to Festiv-Ale starting at 7p.m. Considering this not only covers your food and beer, but also your donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, we think this is a pretty great deal. But, you should save a little scratch for the silent auction and raffle which will feature all sorts of beer geek ephemera, including brewery schwag, home brew kits, brewery tours, and three “Towers of Beer,” which entitle the winner to walk away with 20 or so cases of craft beer.

Carmichael’s Steakhouse is located at 1052 W. Monroe
