Mysterious Severed Human Leg Washes Up From Lake Michigan

A human leg which authorities say was severed at the hip washed up from Lake Michigan Wednesday afternoon. Who wants to go swimming?
There aren't many details available beyond that. The leg was found on the rocks by the lake in the South Side neighborhood of Kenwood around 2:42 p.m. Wednesday by a person walking along the lake.
No other body parts were found at the scene. A medical examiner confirmed the limb is human, but there is no information on the gender or age of the victim. Police are conducting a "death investigation."
Dexter is set in Miami, right? Just checking.
