Do This: Revolution Brewing Brunch At Ada Street

2013_6_7_AdaStreetLogo.png Fans of Ada Street might have done a double take when they saw that headline - "Ada Street doesn't serve brunch," they would exclaim, spittle gathering fiercely at the corners of their mouths. We didn't make it up, we promise.

This Sunday, June 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ada Street is hosting a one-time-only brunch event. Supposedly. We wouldn't be entirely surprised if this is a pilot program, but until we hear otherwise, this is a once-in-a-lifetime deal. Given the beverage pairing, the $50 price tag is actually a pretty good deal.

Chef Zoe Schor has put together a five course brunch extravaganza. Here's the menu:

Snacks
Crispy Black-eyed Peas
House pickled vegetables

Passed Flatbreads + mini Bloody Marys
Beecher's Flagship Cheese, Roma Tomatoes + Basil from Ada St.'s garden
Grilled Eggplant, Lemon-Oregano Greek Yogurt Sauce, Tremiti Olives + Grilled Red Onion

Sandwiches paired with Revolution Bottom Up Wit
Shaved La Quercia Prosciutto + Brie
Falafel, House Pickles + Yogurt Sauce

Salad paired with Revolution Anti-Hero IPA
Grilled Lacinato Kale, Spanish Onion + Valbreso Feta

Dessert paired with Revolution Rosa Hibiscus Ale
House Donuts
Lemon Curd

Tickets are available online. Go get them now - it's gonna sell out.

Ada Street is at 1664 North Ada Street.
