Do This: Father’s Day Beer Dinner At South Water Kitchen

A good Father’s Day begins with a light hangover. This Father’s Day Eve at South Water Kitchen, you can give Dad a solid running start with a five-course beer dinner. Beginning at 7 p.m. this Saturday, Executive Chef Roger Waysok will slake his (and your) thirst with local microbrews and complementary cuisine.
The courses break down as follows: Two Brothers’ Ebel’s Weiss paired with fried burratta, Metropolitan’s Flywheel Bright Lager with buffalo-style quail, Half Acre’s Over Ale with pretzel-crusted salmon, Vivant’s Farm Hand Belgian Saison with chipotle BBQ pork belly, and Finch’s Secret Stache Stout with salted caramel cake.
