Beginning at 7 p.m. this Saturday, Executive Chef Roger Waysok will slake his (and your) thirst with local microbrews and complementary cuisine.

The courses break down as follows: Two Brothers’ Ebel’s Weiss paired with fried burratta, Metropolitan’s Flywheel Bright Lager with buffalo-style quail, Half Acre’s Over Ale with pretzel-crusted salmon, Vivant’s Farm Hand Belgian Saison with chipotle BBQ pork belly, and Finch’s Secret Stache Stout with salted caramel cake.
