El-P, Killer Mike Stop By Goose Island To Help Brew Collaborative Beer

Critically acclaimed rappers El-P and Killer Mike are known for their collaborative work on the former's excellent record, Cancer For Cure, and the latter's even better R.A.P. Music, both released last year. But now the two are extending their synergetic talents to areas outside of music: namely, a new beer made with Goose Island called "Run The Jewels," named after the duo's forthcoming new project that drops June 26.
The beer, a 5.4-percent alcohol, dry-hopped Belgian wheat ale, will debut exclusively at the Pitchfork Music Festival. El-P and Killer Mike both stopped by Goose Island to help make a batch of the brew, and pictures of the twosome making the beer cropped up on social media. It looks like an excellent time was had by all. (Wink wink, nudge nudge).
Says El-P: "smells like weed." Word.
