Lollapalooza Food Line-Up Released

For the fourth year in a row, Chef Graham Elliot was tasked with assembling the food vendors for Lollapalooza's "Chef Town." This morning, the list of vendors was released. What food can you hope to be noshing on at Lolla this year?

The list is pretty awesome. Crain's broke it first early this morning, and the whole list is available on the Lolla website. It includes some standbys, including (of course) Grahamwich, Wow Bao, M. Burger and Lou Malnati's, but also some great newcomers like Glazed and Infused, Gale Gand's Root Beer, Bar Toma and Big Fork. If you're in the mood for something fresh and local, the "Lolla Farmers Market" includes Brunkow Cheese, River Valley Kitchen and Seedling, all market standbys in Chicago.

What are some highlights from the menu items that have already been released? Bacon sausage on a stick from Big Fork is sure to draw raves, as are white-truffle parmesan fries from Edzo's. If you want to go healthy, try a shaved brussels sprout salad from Franks 'n' Dawgs or a spicy crab seaweed wrap from Kamehachi.
