Remember that big, destructive storm in April? Well the owner of one of these cars does. A man who was injured when a sinkhole swallowed his car on April 18 is suing the city for $100,000.

Mirko Krivokuca blames the city for not keeping the street in good repair. Indeed, the city blamed the incident on a water main break in the 98-year-old sewer below the street, not on the torrential downpour. That qualifies it as a pothole, not a sinkhole.

Krivokuca's account makes it sound like he thought he was just hitting one of your regular potholes on his way to work. CBS writes:

Krivokuca claims he was driving when his front tire hit a small pothole and the back of his car kept falling, the suit claims. His entire vehicle fell into the hole, and he was seriously hurt.

Yeah, that was one hell of a pothole.
