Pre-Order The New Chicago Diner Cookbook

Here's a little tidbit we came across over the weekend: If you want to make all of your favorite Vegan goodies from the famed Chicago Diner at home, you'll soon be able to, thanks to a glossy cookbook from Chef Jo A. Kaucher and Agate Publishing.

The book was included in Agate's newest catalog, which we happened across on Saturday. There is a previous Chicago Diner cookbook (hence the "New" in the title) but it hasn't been updated since 2002.

The cookbook is a celebration of the Diner's 30th anniversary. We'll definitely be keeping an eye on this as we get closer to publication, but if you're a huge fan of the diner, you can pre-order the book now for $15. It will be released in December.
