Turn off the air conditioning and open the windows wide, readers. Today is a picture perfect summer day with clear skies, plenty of sun and very little in the way of oppressive humidity. In fact, it may be a bit cool for July. Skilling Central says the forecast high of 80 degrees is five degrees lower than the average high for this time of year. The cooling trend continues into the evening and overnight, with lows ranging from the low 60s by the lake to the lower 50s (!!!) inland. Turn off your fans, while you're at it.
