Government corruption isn't funny but Chicagoans have developed a keen gallows humor over the years with each new politician that goes to jail. Join the Better Government Association's Young Professionals Board 7:30 p.m. July 22 as they host their second annual "Corruption is Not Funny" comedy fundraiser, featuring the best of Second City Live at Up Comedy Club.
