Stuff Your Face With Bao, Win Fabulous Prizes

If you're a fan of Wow Bao, you definitely need to participate in this contest. Throughout August, the popular Chinese bun chain run by Lettuce Entertain You is celebrating its tenth anniversary by hosting a series of eating contests. Best part? You win prizes just by trying, even if you can't reach Joey Chestnut levels of gluttony.

Between Aug. 12-16 and Aug. 19-23, Wow Bao will be hosting nightly eating contests. At 6 p.m. each night, volunteer to stuff your face with as many bao as you can in two minutes. Just for trying, you get a $10 Wow Bao gift certificate. If you manage to win, you'll get a T-shirt, lunch for 20 people at Wow Bao and an entry into the big, giant bun-eating championship.

The championship, on August 28 at Water Tower Place, is giving away some of the best prizes we've ever seen. Even if you lose, you'll get a $10 LEYE gift certificate for every bun you choke down. In two minutes, you could easily get a dinner at Tru paid off. If you win, you'll get free Wow Bao for a whole year.
