Good Morning, Chicago. Hope you slept as well as we. Today's forecast calls for more of the same, minus the small craft advisory and beach hazard statement, as the mercury climbs to near 80 degrees, if we're lucky. Remember: we're used to broiling in the summer heat so do not look this gift horse in the mouth. The temps will remain this way for at least the next week, possibly accompanied with some showers on Friday.
