There is a cock block, I mean, road block in Saginaw, Mich. This reporter with WJRT-TV in Flint made the common mistake of drawing a penis in a news report. This time she was trying to demonstrate how construction was slowing traffic in that part of Saginaw. The penis is so big that traffic is down to one lane in each direction.
