Tattooing is part of the culinary fun, too - Chef Simcik has spent the weekend tattooing pork with squid in. Expect some creative, tattoo-themed fireworks at this dinner.
The tattooing starts at 3:30. Dinner begins at 6:30. Tickets are $85, and they include dinner, drink pairings, taxes and tip. All proceeds go to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Call 312-368-1900 to reserve.
Happy Birthday, Chef!
