Police say at least 10 people were arrested on felony drug charges related to the lakefront Lollapalooza party.

One man was arrested after yelling, "Who wants Molly?" on Saturday afternoon. A police officer answered his call and found 27 pills on him.

Another man was spotted making a "hand-to-hand deal" on Friday, and police found 153 pills of MDMA and seven small bags of marijuana.

Another man was arrested by a Metra police officer Saturday evening after he "ignored the officer's earlier warning about hopping the fence," and he faces trespassing charges in addition to drug charges for the LSD and heroin found on him.

Last week, Chicago's health agencies were bracing for an influx of overdoses related to Lollapalooza, saying there were more than 100 overdoses at the 2012 festival. Authorities warned that there would be both uniformed and undercover police patrolling the festival.

There were also nearly 250 ambulance runs from the festival in 2012. However, largely thanks to the cooler weather, the number of people who sought medical attention was smaller this year.
