Video: Drunk Kids Vandalize A CTA Train

Here's the latest example of why we can't have nice things, Chicago. If you've boarded the Red Line at night you've had to endure groups of drunken kids acting like fools. Between Lollapalooza, the Cubs-Dodger series at Wrigley Field and it being the weekend, there were plenty of opportunities for over-exuberance to happen.

This video was taken 12:50 a.m. Aug. 4 and shows a group of young'uns on a southbound Red Line doing their best... whatever it is they're doing in the video. Then one guy decides to push it a little bit too far and breaks the lights above their heads. The group scatters like cockroaches, a woman out of sight complains about their tomfoolery, and it's just another graveyard shift on the CTA.
