Last-Minute Plans: TND Fest At Hideout

Underground supper club Tuesday Night Dinner is raising funds to make the jump to the world of brick-and-mortar restaurants with Border Oak Café, which will focus on midlands cuisine. TND already has a Kickstarter campaign that has exceeded its $9,000 goal with 12 days to go. Starting 6 p.m. tonight, they're hosting an evening of food and music at Hideout with proceeds from the event going toward their project.
The music lineup is a solid list of local acts including Moritat, Tom Schraeder, Jennifer Hall, Kate Adams, No Goodbye and more. TND, meanwhile, will be serving up some tasty noshes as a preview of what's in store once they get Border Oak up and running.
Here's the menu:
Cumin Lamb "Huarache" with salsa verde and pickled radish
Crispy potato hash, white cheddar and malt vinegar
Peach cobbler with panko and allspice
Old Bay popcorn
