Wrigleyville and Lakeview have enough bar crawls; here's another. The inaugural Chicago Beerathon will bring together 26 bars within stumbling distance of the Friendly Confines, many of them serving a craft beer for participants.

The $65 admission gains you access to a full day of beers, bands and Djs from noon Oct. 19 until 3 a.m. Oct. 20. Participants enjoy a different 6-ounce craft or premium beer as they journey from bar to bar. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Working Bikes so you'll be doing good work while also getting three sheets to the wind..

You don't have to finish every beer or even make it to each venue, but the main objective here is to have a good time. (For the love of whatever you deem holy, please, please moderate and eat something while you do this.) Here is the list of participating venues and the beers each will pour.
