Friday Afternoon Diversion: Tropical Storm Trami Hits China

Chinese residents are recovering from Tropical Storm Trami, the 12th major storm to hit the country this year. The storm dumped over three feet of water in spots. Here's dramatic video from James Reynolds of the locks to Shimen Dam opening and releasing floodwater.
