Today's Weather: Class Is In Session

School begins for thousands of Chicago Public Schools students today and let's hope the school district kept its word that all those receiving schools have air conditioning for their new schoolchildren because otherwise they and their classmates will be roasting inside the buildings. Today's forecast calls for highs in the mid-90s, afternoon heat indices near 100 degrees and clear skies. For those of you playing hooky, there is no relief on the lakefront as southwest winds will be moving the heat there, as well. We're all in this together, today.
