Chef Tweet Of The Week: Lobster Pasta Inside A Lobster

We've been eagerly awaiting Nico, the new italian restaurant from Paul Kahan and One-Off Hospitality, since it was announced in June. Not many details have been released, but if this shot from the test kitchen is to be believed, we're in for a treat.
Kahan posted this shot yesterday from the Nico test kitchen of a lobster pasta nestled inside of a lobster.
We inquired, and apparently it's a dish that Chef Erling Wu-Bower and Kahan are experimenting with for the menu at Nico. It's partly being designed to highlight the flavors of high quality Italian olive oil, which the two encountered during their research trip to Puglia. There's a research trip we wouldn't have minded going on.
