A new lawsuit was filed against defrocked priest Daniel McCormack Wednesday by a former student at St. Agatha Catholic Church on the West Side.

According to the Chicago Tribune, an unidentified 21 year old man (the Sun-Times reports the man as 20) said he was fondled by the former priest twice somewhere between 2003 and 2004. McCormack pleaded guilty in 2007 to molesting five boys, and the Archdiocese has since settled several lawsuits worth millions.

The lawsuit seeks more than $150,000 in damages and accuses both the Archdiocese and Cardinal Francis George of negligence and willful and wanton conduct. It also says the alleged victim repressed memories of the abuse until this summer and suffers from severe emotional distress. Another lawsuit filed in August 2011 contends the Archdiocese knew of McCormack's abuses dating as far back as 1992, when he was still in the seminary.

McCormack remains in the custody of the Department of Human Services after his parole was denied in 2011. A spokesperson for the Archdiocese declined comment on Wednesday, telling the Tribune she hadn’t seen the suit.
