While more Americans are embracing stupid-looking electronic cigarettes in an attempt to get their nicotine fix and as a loophole to smoke indoors—the next time I hear the "But it's water vapor!" argument from an e-cig smoker, that person is getting cockpunched—the Japanese are still lowering their life expectancies by walking down Tobacco Road.

This ad for a USB-powered cigarette lighter called Jii makes us wonder if the creative minds behind the commercial were testing it out on something stronger.
