Brett Loudermilk, Davy Rothbart and DJ Mikah tha Vipa

Davy Rothbart is no stranger to the Chicagoist family. His FOUND magazine has brought the ephemeral and the arcane to readers and viewers for years. We've always enjoyed his writing and have found Rothbart to be a charming interviewee (and raconteur) so his appearance at Schuba's tonight to promote the magazine and his new book of essays, My Heart Is An Idiot, should prove a rollicking good time.

What? Funny findings and spirited book readings aren't enough for you? Okay then, the tour throws in a sword swallower—Brett Loudermilk—and a DJ—Mikah tha Vipa. The party kicks of at Schuba's tonight at 9 p.m. and admission is $5, or $10 if you want a book as well. Sorry kids, it's 21+.
