Middlewest Issue 2 Available For Pre-Order

2012_12_12_middlewest.png Middlewest is our favorite indie food publication. It's beautiful, in a unique format (though we're still waiting for our recipe card box) and, miracle of miracles, is actually useful. The fact that it's run by Chicagoans David Tamarkin and Erica Gannet is just the icing on the cake. Luckily, Issue 2 is coming to feed our addiction.

This time, it won't just be a collection of random recipes from the editors. They've teamed up with Chef Jason Vincent of Nightwood, and all the dishes are his. Based on the preview, the recipes will include Apple Pie with Rosemary Ice Cream, Roast Goose, a warm pear and brussels sprout salad and many many more.
