Monday Afternoon Diversion: Bridge Work, Ukrainian Style

If you were to take YouTube videos as law it would be easy to see why the former Soviet Union is nothing but a land of insurance fraud, krokodil casualties, base jumping stunts and poor workplace safety practices. Here's an example of the last one: a welder outside Cernobyl cutting into an old bridge with an oxygen-acetylene welding torch.
