Attention cheesists! October is American Cheese Month and it’s time to celebrate real USA-made cheese.
If you think American cheese is still all about Kraft singles, prepare to have your mind blown. We’ve selected these ten lovely artisanal favorites from across the country. Many of them have garnered awards and all of them have won over our hearts. We've got cow, goat and sheep's milk cheeses, all made in small batches (and no snooty French fromagiere has ever touched them.)
