Pencil This In: Janeane Garofalo At Paper Machete

The always wonderful “live magazine” known as Paper Machete usually includes some of the best writers and interesting people in Chicago each week at the Green Mill. It is always a solid way to spend your Saturday afternoon. But this week they’ve sweeten the deal with an impressive guest; comedian, actress, writer and all around awesome person Janeane Garofalo. Rounding out the rest of the bill is Bill Cochran, Ike Holter, Samantha Irby (who we raved about a few weeks ago), Julia Weiss, Katie Rich and Steve Waltien. They’ll also be music guest Bailiff, cabaret tunes from Bill Larkin plus Chad the Bird.

The Paper Machete is Saturday at 3 p.m. at The Green Mill (4802 N. Broadway Ave) and is free to attend, but we’d suggest getting there early if you want a seat.
