Pencil This In: Atlas Beer and Video Game Pairing At Emporium Arcade Bar

We know about food and beer pairings but selecting certain beers to play video games is another matter. Emporium Arcade Bar and Atlas Beer Company are teaming up to serve Atlas beers paired with Emporium Arcade games Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. Atlas head brewer Ben Saller, also author of the blog "The Art of Pairing Video Games and Booze" will be on hand to discuss the rationale behind the recommended pairings.
