Today's Weather: On The Fence

A couple months back I watched as a squirrel outside my home hauled a giant (for a squirrel) chunk of cardboard up a tree to reinforce a nest. Maybe that squirrel had a hunch we'd be in for some cooler than normal weather. Skilling Central is in "lather, rinse, repeat" mode with today's forecast as we're in store for more cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid-40s. Brisk northwest winds will make things outside feel cooler and there's a chance for lake effect snow to the southeast. The clouds will break overnight but will be back before the day ends Friday.
