Today's Weather: It's Alive! Alive!!

It is alive and a bit surly out there this morning, folks. We have rain coming in waves, a slew of reroutes on CTA and generally sloppy weather in store for the rest of the day. The trick or treaters are being tricked by Mother Nature. We're already near the high temp of 65 and the rain totals are expected to be between one and two inches, making this Halloween the wettest in Chicago in 19 years.
