Are you an architecture fan with a spare couple of million dollars lying around somewhere? Then today is your lucky day. A unique Frank Lloyd Wright house just went on the market in Beverly, and all it will cost you is a cool $1.175M.

Built in 1901, the William and Jessie M. Adams House doesn’t match up to the usual design of most Frank Lloyd Wright houses. As Curbed Chicago points out, the double hung windows and a full attic make it stand out. Also, some of the house has been modernized, which is a sad situation for such a historical design.

The home was designated a Chicago Landmark in 1994, so it will be more difficult to make additional changes to the structure. The property also contains a large side and backyard and is close to Metra stations for your downtown commute to afford your luxury digs. It’s also about four blocks from Top Notch Beefburger, which seems like a more important selling point than a side yard.

If you are like us and your pocketbook elicits more wishful thinking than purchasing, head over and check out more photos of the home here.
