Today's Weather: Make Your Own Heat

We'll admit: it was hard to leave the warm comfort of flannel sheets this morning. The current temperature as of post time is 24 degrees as the mercury sets off on a joy ride to the 40-degree mark today. It's calm outside now but the winds are expected to shift to the southwest and bring gusts reaching 35 mph this afternoon and evening. The good news with that is those winds will help spur a rebound in the temperatures around here as we head into the end of the week.
