We’re past the days of keggers, so we appreciate that Comfort Station feels the same and instead are offering up a good old fashioned canner. They admit it will make keg stands a bit tricky, but it’s all for a good cause; preserving and taking care of Comfort Station. If you aren’t familiar, Comfort Station is a small space in Logan Square that offers a variety of community events. We’ve enjoyed everything from potlucks to film screenings and musical performance in its confines.

The canner tonight will help out the fine folks at Comfort Station. From 7-11 p.m. you can head over to Logan Square Auditorium. The cover is $20 and that gets you unlimited Revolution Brewery beer, live music from THIN HYMNS and Chandeliers, a photo booth and something called puppet-themed shenanigans by Manual Cinema. There will also be a silent auction featuring items donated from local businesses and local artists, so you can get some Holiday shopping done early while drinking beer to boot!

Preserve Your Station: A Comfort Station Canner is tonight, Nov. 21 from 7-11 p.m. at Logan Square Auditorium, located at 2539 N. Kedzie Blvd. Cover is $20.
