Enjoy today's forecast while you can because tonight it all goes to hell. Right now we're already at our high temperature of 40 degrees with misty, sloppy conditions across Chicago and things around here are expected to get blustery and downright cold heading into the evening. Skilling Central predicts a slide in temperatures to the 30s and some possible mixed rain and snow. There's expected to be a break in the clouds but the winds from the Northwest will make it feel like temps are in the 20s outside. This sets the stage for a cold weekend. Get the long johns ready.
