A person wouldn’t have to be too observant to notice Chris Hardwick and his work these days. He’s the host of several after shows for some of the most popular television series on the air in the past few years, he’s written a book, premiered a new hour special on Comedy Central, and has an insanely popular podcast that is part of an online network of the same name that, oh wait, he also runs. On top of all that, he's also the host of @Midnight, a pop culture "game show" featuring fellow comedians that was recently picked up for a second season.

It’s fair to say he’s a busy guy. But he seems to like it that way, and we always appreciate the products of his labor (Recently he started putting out 3 episodes of the Nerdist podcast a week!). One of the things we enjoy about Chris is his down to earth nature. He’s got charm to spare and can easily make even celebrities laugh at themselves. He’s true to who he is and his nerdish exuberance will quickly win you over.

Chris will be bringing his stand-up comedy to the Vic Theatre on Dec. 7 along with fellow Nerdist host Matt Mira as his opener. We’re excited about this pairing as Matt is a great foil to Chris on the show, and has a quick wit and surplus of strange stories that lead to big laughs. Tickets are still available so grab a seat.
