Welcome to the humpday, everyone where we're still in the midst of this mild, gray, damp holding pattern waiting for the next blast of bitter cold air to arrive. We'll see the mercury reach a high in the mid-50s this afternoon before that cold air arrives and gives us a rude awakening with temperatures plummeting into the upper 20s overnight. The wind will also pick up and gust from the south, then the west at 12 to 24 mph. The Thursday morning wind chills are not to be trifled with.
